FALSE NUTRITION CLAIMS

There are a lot of people have beliefs about the food system and the subject of diets and weight reduction. Unfortunately, however, most of these ideas wrong and inherited from parents and grandparents, or as a result of lack of nutritional education.

First claim: Excess protein is useful for energy and building muscles.
