Ramadan And Weight loss

Ramadan the month of mercy that has distinct religious retuals.and traditional family gatherings and intense worship.

The fasting system is considering to lose weight and to melt fats moderately. This system didn't act well unless the person apply the follow instructions below:

1 - In Ramadan the stomach and the digestive system become in tension and alert Deprived of food for several hours,so for the breakfast fasting person must take 3dates at least and Cup of low fat milk.

2 - Drinking a glass of water to give life to the cells, and to prevent kidney stones.

3 - After the sunset prayers fasting must eat vegetable soup plate and salad

4 - Eat the main meal, but the quantity of very few.

5 - Eating a very small quantity of sweets and preferably made of dates, honey better than sugar, and preferred eating roast.

6- Reduce eating citrus, spices and hot sauces.

7 - To reduce the drinking water between meals in order to speed up the digestion process.

8 - Jogging at least half an hour to burn excess fat and stimulate the digestive system.

Diet to lose weight (2-3) kg a week:

The latest way to lose weight through the so-called negative calories. The intention of the negative calorie foods is that some of these foods from fruits and vegetables require energy to digest and represent the greatest body of energy which is liberated for example:everyone knows that apple has (60 )calories, but the reality has any negative twenty (20 calories) and the meaning of that dealt with the body to burn fat is equivalent to 20 calories.

Breakfast :3 dates+ a glass of water, and then pray.

The main meal: a roasted chicken +1/4 brown bread +Vegetable soup from any of the items mentioned.+Fruit salad of any items mentioned.

Suhur: Breakfast is the same way as breakfast.

Between breakfast and suhur: What we want to drink juice, according to the list mentioned above.

Jordanian Mansaf

Mansaf is one of famous and delicious arabic meals especialy in Jordan.It is presented in public events and occasions like wedding parties,success and graduation,and also in the holidays especialy in Fridays.
Amounts:

1-1 Kg of lamb meat.

2-2 kg of liquid laban(shanina),or jameed(solid labana)after crashing and mixing with hot water.

3-1,5 kg of rice

4 - Ghee or vegetable oil(half cup).

5 - salt, pepper, Kirkm(yellow powder bought from spice dealer)

6- almonds, pine, parsley (for decoration)

7 - minced onion

Mansaf preparation method:

1 - put the meat over the fire with water and Poaches with chopped onions, peppers for(1,5-2) hours

2 - cook the rice with the water rising above 3 cm, with the addition of 2ghee spoons,or,5 cup vegetable oil.after boiling the rice to be cook until the water disappears.

3 - put the liquid labana on the fire with continuing mixing until the trigger is boiling,add the kirkm and a little salt,then add this poiling labana to the meat sauce and to be boiling with eachother.

Appling of mansaf:

pour rice in awide plate and put the meat over it, spray fried pine and almonds over the meat and rice. Liquidated the soup(alshanina)and pour it over the rice.

*it contains materials company for the Eradication of fungal infections, the elimination of moisture, and the elimination of the center for the growth of fungi.
3.The use of henna in the treatment of pain of the legs, feet, and particularly based on the treatment of abrasions caused by traffic, and the treatment of interdigital fungal disease, and by cutting off the effected skin and to eliminate moisture.
Dyeing hair with henna:
henna is used to dye the hair and give it the red color or brown, according to materials added to it. It is much better than chemical dyes that harm the scalp and burn and damage the hair.
Method of Henna Hair dyeing:
First:mix henna powder with water to put it in the hair. you can only add little drops of lemon to make the hair brighter. If you have damaged hair add egg or green tea or coffee. These elements will make your hair brighter and more vital.
Second:wear plastic gloves and put hena mix in stanless dish.
Third:make hair two sections and each section _tow small sections.and start from the top of the hair,they want to lock all of the hair as it is clear in picture.

Fourth:apply henna with brush to all hair forward and back, as is clear to see as the arrival of henna to all the hair in your head
We still continue to paint hair and put a lock expires, and all painted in full over the head Combined direct and Trine .

Fifth:Leave the henna on the hair a period of 3-6 hours,then wash hair with heavy water.

5 - «dairy and eggs veg.» Lacto-ovo vegetarians: do not eat meat, fish,chicken. 6- vegan: do not eat meat,fish,poultry,eggs,dairy products, and honey.
7 - «Lactose veg», (dairy) lacto vegetarians: do not eat meat,fish, poultry, eggs, but they eat dairy products.
Vegetarianism, eating macrobiotic diet (brown rice)and grains such as beans and derivatives, in addition to vegetables, herbs and freely, and fruits and small quantities of fish. To compensate for the shortfall caused by not eating meat.

FALSE NUTRITION CLAIMS

There are a lot of people have beliefs about the food system and the subject of diets and weight reduction. Unfortunately, however, most of these ideas wrong and inherited from parents and grandparents, or as a result of lack of nutritional education.

First claim: Excess protein is useful for energy and building muscles.

Truth: Body protein is used as a last resort, and the amount of the excess is stored as lipids in the body. Most athletes do not realize they need more carbohydrates to build muscle tissue.

*eat more proteins is useful for building muscle, and that if you exercise at the same time, then, your needs could be increased from other foods.

second claim: Eating eggs increases the ratio of cholesterol

Truth:This is because egg yolk contains a high proportion of cholesterol compared to the rest of the food. But studies have proved that eating an egg a day will not work to raise the proportion of cholesterol.

nescafe Cake

Simple nescafe cake.
Dear: this is a simple recipe for a cake from beautystyle kitchen.

this quantity sufficient for 6 people, come to my kitchen and get start:
Amounts:
1- 4 eggs
2 - (2-3) cups flour
3- 1,5 cup sugar
4- 1 \ 2 cup vegetable oil
5 - 1\ 2 cup of liquide milk
6- 2 tablespoons vanilla powder
7- 1,5 tablespoon baking powder
8- 3 small spoons nescafe+1,5 cup of water.
Procidure of nescafe cake:
1 - mix the eggs well with the white sugar for 10 minutes until the sugar dissolves, then add vanilla
2 - Add milk and oil directly with continuous mixing for 5 minutes
3 - Add baking powder with mixing
4 - Add flour gradually with the continuous mixing even get a paste of medium strength.
Grilling Method:
spray little oil in the ground of the template,then apply some flower over it inorder to form alayier protects the dough from burning.put the dough in oven with midium temperature degree for (10-15) minutes until a period of mature dough And get red.
Get the template out from oven then add cold nescafe liquid over it.cut it as you desire and primeval with coffee.
Nescafe Cake is the delicious.
